What are you thinking? …Megan Fox and Mickey Rourke are to play passion. But on screen. The sexy ‘Transformers’ actress Megan Fox is to be Oscar nominee Mickey Rourke’s angel in their upcoming movie “Passion Plays.”
Written and directed by Mitch Glazer, “Passion Plays” is a drama set in 1950s Los Angeles. Rourke is a trumpet player who is down on his luck. He meets an angel, played by Fox, and attempts to save her from a gangster in order to find redemption. Fox’s character in the film has been described as “a slender beauty with wings who is part of a carnival.” The production date for the film has not been decided upon yet.
Megan Fox has been the female lead in this summer’s blockbuster “Transformers:Revenge of the Fallen.” Recently, she paired up with Josh Brolin in Warner’s comic “Jonah Hex,” and her next assignment is Diablo Cody directed horror film “Jennifer’s Body.” After “Passion Plays”, Mickey Rourke is to play a villain in “Iron Man 2.”
