The model turned actress started her acting career in Ajnabe for which she won a Filmfare Best Female Debut Award and she soon turned to comedy with No Entry, which earned her a nomination for a Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award.

The actress has kept busy this year, recently shooting the movie Singularity in Australia with Hollywood hottie Josh Hartnett, before going back to Mumbai to spend the holidays with her family.
