The track 'Jiya Re' is in the voice of Neeti Mohan, and is a peppy song infused with positivity. It shows a vivacious Anushka Sharma trying to woo Shahrukh Khan, and dancing like a freebird while enjoying the beauty of Kashmir.
Since the song is about life, Anushka is seen living it to the fullest. Not everyone can fancy dancing on a boat at the famous Dal Lake, or doing river rafting wearing nothing but ganji and shorts. Meanwhile, Shahrukh Khan as an army officer with stubble and black leather jacket makes a handsome picture. His restrained dimpled smile can make girls go ooh!
This is the second time when Anushka Sharma is romancing Shahrukh Khan on big screen. Though she isn’t the main heroine, there was no way Anushka could have said no to the film, directed by Yash Chopra. The movie is Yash ji’s last directorial venture.
