Says a source, "The makers of the mango drink had been facing a tough competition from a rival brand. That's the reason why Imran and Parineeti were roped in. They felt the two youngsters could lure the target audience."
Imran is seen very less on the endorsement circuit while the one-film old Parineeti has been bagging more endorsement deals than films!
Adds the source, "Imran was the brand ambassador for a cola which was formerly endorsed by his mamujaan, Aamir Khan. But after Imran's deal expired, the brand has no stars endorsing it now."
