Emraan Hashmi started shooting for his International Debut

Bollywood’s serial kisser Emraan Hashmi has started shooting for his International debut with Oscar winning director Danis Tanovic and has already completed a fortnight of shooting.

It was Anurag Kashyap who recommended Emraan Hashmi to Danis Tanovic. Emraan said, “Anurag Kashyap saw `Shanghai` and he really liked my performance in it. He had met Danis in Europe about 7-8 months back. When Anurag came to know about Danis`s project, he suggested my name and told Danis that I would fit the role perfectly. Anurag sent me the script. Danis also liked my performance in `Shanghai` and we were on for the project”.

Determined to remove the tag of a serial kisser, Emraan his doing his best and we can see the results in Danis Tanovic’s tweets. After the shooting began, the director tweeted, “Love Love Love Emraan” and also has been giving constant updates about the progress of the movie. His very recent tweet said, “Shooting, day 13. House…,” and also posted an image of Emraan with the other cast members.

Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi is multitasking between his three films – ‘Ghanchakkar’, ‘Ungli’ and Danis Tanovic’s untitled film. He is also promoting Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Ek Thi Daayan’.
