Shilpa Shetty and Raj impeached of fraud case

The IPL points table is giving Rajashtan Royals every possible reason to cherish as they are in the top four teams for now but the owners-Shilpa Shety and Raj Kundra could be drawn into a big legal trouble.
Anand Singh, who runs a private cricket academy named Jaipur Cricket Academy, has alleged the RR co-owners and Manager of duping Rs. 8 Lakh under the disguise of a talent hunt show titled Cricket Star Rajasthan 2012.

Initially, Anand Singh was approached by the manager of RR to organize a talent hunt Cricket Star Rajasthan, 2012 and assured him to pay Rs 250 per participant. From November 16-18, 2012 Singh accomplished the given job and managed to rope in 3,220 young brigades out of which an 18-year-old boy from Pali named Kumar Boresa was declared winner of the talent hunt and was allowed to join as team member for the current IPL season.

Singh said, "When the complainant approached the owners and manager of RR for getting his due amount of Rs 8.05 lakh, they kept on making false promises but later refused to pay the assured amount and thus committed offence of cheating and forgery with him".

On his plea the court here has ordered Singh to depose before the court and get his statements recorded in a complaint alleging fraud and cheating committed by the Rajasthan Royals co-owners and Manager Rajeev Khanna

It has been alleged by the complainant that the owners of RR kept on giving false assurance but a written agreement was never made.

The court of metropolitan magistrate No. 9, Jaipur, has now directed the complainant to appear before the court on May 14 and deposed on oath before any action is initiated against the accused persons.

Anand Singh is also the same person who has previously filed complaints against Sharukh Khan and Irrfan Khan for smoking in public places.
