Tanishaa questions Gauhar's captainship qualities : Bigg Boss 7

Heavy lies the head that wears the crown. Being the captain of a divided house is proving to be a Herculean task for Gauhar, who till now has taken great pride in her accomplishments and in being the person that she is.

Even the otherwise tough and resolute Gauhar is finding it extremely difficult to handle the mayhem during the Big Boss Ki Toy Factory task. Little did the captain know about what would be in store for her this time around with the luxury budget task taking an ugly turn. Under the captainship of Gauhar, the luxury budget task has not only witnessed some sordid personal statements but has also put her in a bad spot where her leadership skills were being questioned.

On the second day of the task, triggered by the stress of constantly working towards achieving production targets for stuffed toys, Gauhar and Tanishaa's old hatred for each other comes to the fore. The two ladies get into a verbal spat. Tanishaa blames Gauhar for being biased and failing to control team members who have resorted to using cheap tactics in order to win the task.

The war stretches further when Tanishaa makes fun of Gauhar's health. To make matters worse Gauhar also has an argument with her closest female friend Kamya, who has been very upset because of her team members. Even though she tried her best to take control of all the sticky situations that arose during the task, the fights and squabbles continued. By the end of the day, all Gauhar could do is cry on Kushal's able shoulder.

The question then arises whether or not Gauhar will rise to the occasion and prove her mettle under adversity. Tough situations do not last, but tough people do. Let's see if Gauhar bounces back.
