Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who is often seen doing magic on field would soon be seen on big-screen. After Milkha Singh and Mary Kom, M. S. Dhoni is likely to be the next sportsperson to have a biopic on his life.
The buzz is that one of the most promising newbie of Bollywood, Sushant Singh Rajput would be playing captain cool on screen. The film which is on boards by Neeraj Pandey might cast Deepika Padukone or Shraddha Kapoor as lead opposite Sushant.
The speculations are on that Sushant has even met Dhoni before the cricketer left for the New-Zealand series. Not only this, the actor was even spotted visiting Dhoni’s hometown Ranchi to know about the player’s life and had a word with his childhood friends and the family.
Though no official announcements have been done yet, the film is expected to go on floors in the next year and Sushant has to do a lot of work on his body prior shooting of the film.
