Total Siyapaa: Dialogue referring to Pakistan should be changed, asks censor board

Censor Board of Film Certification has told the makers of Total Siyapaa to change a dialogue in the film related to Pakistan. Director E. Nivas informed, “They wanted us to beep out the word ‘lete’ . Instead I chose to change the entire line. The character now says, ‘Hum Pakistan se ladte rehte hain.” The original dialogue is ‘Hum Pakistan Ko Lete Rehte hain.’

The maker further stated, “They asked us to remove a suggested sex scene in a work-place and some sounds of pleasure during love-making. ‘Why do you want to spoil the fun mood with suggestive stuff?’ I had no objection to making the modifications.” Nivas is really happy with the attitude of the board as he was expecting them to be more strict. The film has hit the screens today.
