Here’s the first look of actor Ranbir Kapoor from director Anurag Kashyap’s much-awaited film Bombay Velvet.
The first look has Ranbir Kapoor clambering up a chain-link fence with a huge Bombay Velvet sign in the background. The actor dons a shabby look in a white vest and pants.
Ranbir plays the role of a boxer and street-fighter named Johnny Balraj in the film.

Yes, the first look of ‘Bombay Velvet’ will be released on Thursday.
The movie is based on Gyan Prakash's book ‘Mumbai Fables’ that explores Mumbai in the early 1950s and 1960s.
Besides Ranbir Kapoor, the film also stars Anushka Sharma, Karan Johar, Kay Kay Menon, Manish Chaudhary, Siddharth Basu and Remo Fernandes.
‘Bombay Velvet’ is jointly produced by Phantom Films and Fox Star India. It will release on May 15.
