Actor Nana Patekar returns as the encounter specialist Sadhu Agashe in Ab Tak Chhappan 2. Watch the film’s trailer here.
The film’s story is set in the present times. Sadhu Agashe (Nana Patekar) has gone into retirement and Mumbai faces the threat of a terrorist attack. Behind this dastardly plot are two underworld dons: Rawale who operates from Bangkok and Rauf Lala who operates from Mumbai.
In the face of this serious threat, the Home Minister and the Chief Minister need a capable officer who can take charge of the Mumbai Encounter Squad. The obvious choice is Sadhu Agashe, the capable, strong, incorruptible, and ruthless encounter specialist.
For the sake of duty and for the sake of ‘Force’, Sadhu picks up the gun again.
The trailer of ‘Ab Tak Chhappan 2’ has some punchy lines by Nana Patekar.
One such line goes, “Gandhi ji jab tak deewar pe thhe, humne haar pehnaye, note par aa gaye, humne jeb mein daal liye. Force kisi ke baap ki jaagir nahi hai.”
'Ab Tak Chhappan 2’ is the sequel to Shimit Amin's 2004 movie ‘AB Tak Chhappan’.
The film also stars Gul Panag and Ashutosh Rana. It is directed by Aejaz Gulab and will release on 27th February.
