Not only Shahid Kapoor prefers arranged marriage but Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor Salman Khan is also open for arranged marriage but the sad part is that he isn’t getting any marriage proposal.
The 49-year-old actor said, “Nobody has sent me a proposal! If somebody does send me one, I will seriously consider it.”
“I am open to arranged marriage. Sometimes, love marriages don’t work and arranged marriages do. And sometimes, it’s the other way around. It depends on the individuals, how they go about their lives, how compatible they are.” added the actor.
Salman Khan’s mom Salma Khan is also looking forward to her son’s wedding but till date Salman is not showing interest on the idea.
However, during an event when Salman was asked what qualities he looks for in a girl, the actor quipped "marriage is cancelled now...love is back."
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is busy promoting his next release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ starring Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddhiqui on July 17, directed by Kabir Khan.
In the past, Salman Khan hit the headlines for his love affair. He was in a relationship with series of actresses like Somi Ali, Sangeeta Bijlani to Aishwarya Rai to Katrina Kaif. Awfully, none of his relationship ended in a good note. He is still Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor looking for a suitable life partner.
