Finally, the cat's out of the bag! Vidya Balan, who wasn't signing anything post Hamari Adhuri Kahani was approached for a special cameo in a biopic on Bhagwan Dada's life titled Ek Albela. Vidya will be playing Geeta Bali in the film.
While Vidya who was recuperating in the hospital was discharged on her birthday, she will be celebrating her birthday now with her close friends and family. On her birthday, this seems to be the perfect return gift for all fans. Vidya's look from Ek Albela has now been revealed and we can say she has aced the look oh-so-perfectly.
Known for her cinematic prowess, Vidya's considered to be one of the best actresses we have in the industry today. And in Ek Albela, although she has a relatively shorter role, the film has mostly been in news for her special appearance. For people who know how Geeta Bali used to dress up during her time can agree with us when we say that Vidya Balan looks every bit the yesteryear singer.
