Ranbir visits Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah !!!

 

Ranbir along with Imtiaz Ali seek blessings for their upcoming film Rockstar

Ranbir Kapoor and Imtiaz Ali visited the Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah recently. The duo flied to New Delhi  along with singer Mohit Chauhan for the visit. 

The actor and director paid tribute to Amir Khusro (a notable poet and musician)by offering a ‘chadar’ at the tomb. The shrine is featured in a song in the film. 

The Rockstar team apparently chose this place because the film is about ‘passion for music’ and who better than Amir Khusro to epitomise the true spirit of their movie , they thought. Rockstar releases on November 11. 

This is not the first time we have seen B-town celebs go out of their way to promote their movies.

Praying has become a norm in the industry, especially before your film is about to release. 

Deepika Padukone was seen following the same route recently to seek blessings for her upcoming films.

Katrina makes it a point to visit Ajmer Sharif for almost all her releases. Well, all we can say is hope all the praying helps!
