The response to Jodi Breakers, starring Bipasha Basu and R Madhavan, was extremely poor with a total collection of Rs. 5.95 crore. Friday saw a collection of Rs 1.5 crore; Saturday – 2 crore and Sunday – 2.45 crore.
On the other hand, Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, starring Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza better fared a little better. The Riteish Deshmukh-Genelia D’Souza rom-com opened with Rs 1.75 crore on Friday. And picked up on Saturday-Sunday to take the three-day total to Rs 7.5 crore.
The coming Friday would see the release of London, Paris, New York, a rom-com starring Ali Zafar and Aditi Rao Hydari and Paan Singh Tomar, starring Irrfan Khan.
