The 1972 blockbuster flick ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’ will be re-filmed and Bollywood’s gorgeous girl Katrina Kaif will rejuvenate Hema Malini’s role in it.
As per reports, for Sanjeev Kumar and Dharmendra’s role, Bollywood actors Abhay Deol and Akshay Kumar respectively are approached but yet they have not given their nod.
Earlier the Sippy family got into a brawl over the film’s remake as GP Sippy’s son Suresh served a legal notice to Sippy’s grandsons Sascha and Shaan. In the notice he claimed that they had no right to remake the movie.
After many efforts made, Sippy family finally agreed for the remake of ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’.
Reportedly, Dibakar Banerjee will wear the director’s cap but yet no confirmation has been made.
