Gutthi leaves Comedy nights with Kapil
Then, came the “public shocker”- Gutthi exited from Kapil Sharma’s show. Now the whispering buzz says that Sunil Grover a.k.a Gutthi is turning to a new drag role on “Boogie Woogie” and is going to turn into a rural babe “Kunwari”. First it was the fire that burnt down the sets of “Comedy nights with Kapil” and then the favorite Gutthi decided to bid adieu! What is the future of CNWK?

The show has been on but each eye is on the lookout for Gutthi’s return. Hey folks, do you have any idea if Gutthi is coming back? The sources say the opposite; Sunil Grover has actually left the show and is planning to don another “lady avatar” called Kunwari for Javed Jaffery’s “Boogie Woogie”.
We have some other news fresh from the gossip grapevine, Raju Srivastav may be Gutthi’s replacement though we still wait to give you all this confirmation. The aggressive experimentation of different people for the character is going through. Just a while ago we got to see Gaurav Gera coming on board Comedy nights with Kapil as Dulari.
The disagreement between Sunil and Kapil went out of control when Sunil staunchly put down his foot that the character, Gutthi, was not the sole property of CNWK makers or Kapil Sharma. Things became a little nasty at the judicial intervention posed by Viacom 18. The makers had rushed to Navin Prabhakar also but it seems that Gutthi is Gutthi. Dulari was also made to see the door and Sunil Grover was busy conjuring up his own show called “Comedy nights with Gutthi” say the sources. Now it’s a wait and watch game as we get to see the new Sunil as “Kunwari”.
Not that we have the right to comment, Dulari or Kunwari may be very good but our hearts still ache for the amazing Gutthi. It was his feminine punch along with Kapil’s fantastic comic timing that made Comedy Nights with Kapil sizzling.We all wish strongly that Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover put aside the rude way in which they had parted.
