It's a boy for Ayesha Takia

Actress Ayesha Takia and her hotelier husband are now proud parents of a baby boy. The actress, who was due in mid-December, gave birth to a baby boy on 6th December in Mumbai.

An ecstatic father, Farhan Azmi announced the news on Twitter and tweeted, "Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar" it's a BOY!"

Actress Ayesha Takia who was earlier a child artist made her debut in 2004 in Abbas-Mustan's 'Taarzan: The Wonder Car'. Although the film failed, Ayesha managed to get noticed by filmmakers and featured in films like 'Wanted', 'Dor' and 'No Smoking'. The actress married Farhan Azmi in 2009 and was recently seen as the host of reality show 'Sur Kshetra'.
