Actress Sonakshi Sinha's brother and actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha's son Kussh got married on 18 January to NRI Taruna Aggarwal and the nuptials was attended by PM Narendra Modi, the Bachchans and many other popular faces.
Sonakshi posted pictures from the wedding, which show PM Modi posing with the Sinha family. Shatrughan, wife Poonam and Sonakshi are said to have met the Prime Minister a few days back to personally invite him to the wedding.
The "Tevar" actress even thanked him on Twitter for attending the ceremony with a photograph and captioned it: "Thank you @narendramodi sir for keeping your promise to me! You made our day truly even more special."
The Bachchans too arrived at the wedding and a picture of Shatrughan Sinha greeting Big B has been quite popular with the twitterati. The "Dostana" (1980) pair gave a picture perfect moment to their fans after a long time.
The star studded wedding also had yesteryear's divas including Hema Malini, Jaya Bachchan, Tina Ambani, Poonam Dhillon and many others.
Sonakshi looked stunning in a mauve lehenga-choli, pearls and a kundan mang-tika. The actress didn't miss a chance to enjoy her brother's big day. From 'mehendi' to 'wedding', her micro-blogging sites are filled with marriage ceremony photos.
The celebrities too had fun at the big fat wedding. Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Manish Malhotra, Neil Nitin Mukesh were snapped at Kussh's sangeet where Sonakshi showed her singing talent.
