This rumour is likely to break many hearts. Buzz is that Shahid Kapoor is set to tie the knot with a Delhi girl.
The girl is said to be the third-year English honours student at Lady Sriram College in Delhi. Her name is Mira Rajput and she did her schooling from Vasant Valley School.
The Times of India alleges that Shahid Kapoor first met Mira at a Radha Soami Satsang Beas and the two bonded well. They didn’t come out in the open about their relationship but kept a low profile.
The report even claims that Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput got secretly engaged on Makar Sankranti in January this year. Now, the wedding is slated to take place in December.
Shahid’s dad Pankaj Kapur is a follower of the Radha Soami sect and knows Mira Rajput’s family well. Kapur senior was even spotted visiting Mira’s Chhatarpur house recently, as per reports.
There’s been no confirmation or denial of either secret engagement or coming wedding by Shahid so far.
