The theme for American Idol this week was the good old country music. Brad Paisley, who is a Grand Ole Opry member and a very popular country singer began the night’s performance. For the first time in television Brad performed his new song “Then”. Brad’s new album, American Saturday Night, will be available in stores from June 30th.
Carrie Underwood, one of the most successful stars of American Idol and Grand Ole Opry’s newest female inductee gave a rocking performance on the American Idol stage. Carrie performed a duet with Randy Travis, a country legend. Travis was also this week’s mentor in American Idol. The duo performed I Told You So for the first time live on TV.
