Chris Brown's legal team is demanding to know who leaked the battered Rihanna photo and filed a motion Wednesday seeking police personal and investigative records.
Reports say that Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, wants all police documentation to see if he can find evidence of police misconduct so he can discredit and attack the credibility of the officer witnesses. By doing this, they may form a basis for the case against the R&B singer to be dismissed.
Geragos wrote in the filing that he believes a Los Angeles Police Department officer sold the photo of a bruised Rihanna. Meanwhile, the police are running their own invesitagation, but with no new information.
