‘Phoonk 2’ contest witnessed participants from different parts of the country. The filmmaker, Ram Gopal Varma, had announced Rs.500, 000 to the winner who could sit with a steady heart the horror flick. Out of five short-listed persons, only Hitesh Sharma (of Mumbai) had got the opportunity to take the hot seat. However, Himesh couldn’t sit the whole film without being scared.
Nevertheless, the director appreciated the contestant’s sportive spirit. At the media meet, RGV thanked Himesh on behalf of the entire team of 'Phoonk 2' and said that he’s going to give a gift personally later. Varma further shared that Himesh will work with him in 'Phoonk 3'.
Released on Friday (16th April), 'Phoonk 2' is directed by debutant Milind Gadagkar while the first version ‘Phoonk’ was directed by Ram Gopal Varma.
