Who’ll Aamir’s second lady be?
Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Kangna Ranaut are apparently vying for the role of the second woman in Reema Kagti's next with Aamir in the lead.
Days after we reported that Aamir Khan will star in a film to be directed by Reema Kagti of Honeymoon Travels Ltd fame, the entire industry is abuzz about the women to star in the film.
While the coveted position of the female lead has reportedly gone to Kareena Kapoor, three top heroines Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Kangna Ranaut are vying for the second girl's position in the film.
The decision rests on the co-producers of the film, Aamir Khan and Excel Entertainment.
A source close to the film says, "The film goes on floors in February. The casting has to be completed in the next three weeks.
All three Katrina, Priyanka and Kangna are very keen to do this film. An Aamir film will be a big feather in each of their caps."
Incidentally, all three have been friendly with Aamir in the past few months. It may be recalled that all three of the above-mentioned actresses turned up at the special screenings of Peepli Live, not together of course.
Adds the source, "It will be interesting to see who wins the race. At this point of time, all three are running neck to neck."
Apparently, Kareena has never shared good vibes with Katrina and Priyanka. So, we wonder if that would influence anything. Will that tilt the scales in favour of Kangna? Only time will tell.
