It is heard that, the 32-year-old actress will get engaged with 39-year-old producer in February next year and the wedding will follow soon.

The news of their engagement has been leaked from a senior member of the production house and there is a hush-hush among the friends circle of Aditya and Rani. Aditya ended his marriage with his childhood friend Payal Khanna after a sour divorce in April 2009.
