Anushka Sharma was recently spotted at an awards nomination event, trying to maintain distance from Ranveer Singh. As a tabloid reports, Anushka made sure she was nowhere to be seen when Ranveer arrived at the party.
It’s learnt that Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh’s cars arrived at the same time, and when the actress realized that Ranveer too is there, she stayed put in her car and came out only when Ranveer had finished interacting with the media and entered the event area.
To be on the safe side, the actress even sent someone to check if Ranveer was nearby. The party also had in attendance Deepika Padukone, Ranveer’s now good friend and his Ram Leela co-actress. “Anushka maintained a safe distance from Ranveer throughout. Considering that Deepika Padukone, who has been linked to him lately, was also there she made sure there were no awkward bump-ins,” a source is quoted as saying.
Ranveer-Anushka first met on the sets of Band Baaja Baaraat and lit up the silver screen with their palpable sizzling chemistry. The two actors were allegedly dating each other for nearly three years, but chose not to speak about their relationship in public ever.
Last year, there were reports that Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma were in Paris holidaying, but soon the rumours about their split started doing the rounds. It was even said that it’s Ranveer who called it quits.
Is this the reason why Anushka doesn’t want to see him?
