Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the divine beauty ruling the hearts around the
world, may make her comeback on the silver screen after a gap of two
years opposite the Student of The Year star Varun Dhawan.
An inside source said, "Nothing is finalized yet, but (director) Sriram Raghavan has reached out to Aishwarya and Varun. Neither of them want to talk about it yet, since things are at an initial stage. In the last two weeks, Varun and Sriram have met a few times to discuss the project. Varun is believed to be a big fan of the kind of films Sriram is known for."
The film will be produced by the man behind Sholay, Ramesh Taurani and it might be a horror flick.
It has been reported that Varun has given a yes to the movie but the makers are waiting for Aish's reaction. Also, if all goes as per plans, the film will go on floors, later this year.
Currently, Varun is shooting for his father David Dhawan's directorial venture Main Tera Hero. The film is being produced by Ekta Kapoor.
Sriram remained unavailable for a comment whereas the producer Tauranimade himself available. He said, "We have signed Sriram, and work is underway on the script. Once that is ready, we will look at casting."
