Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film Ram Leela, for which the shooting is going on in Mumbai, have been put on a halt due to the continuous rain in the city.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone starrer 'Ram Leela' was already suffering due to the clash of Dippy's shooting schedule with Shahrukh Khan's 'Chennai Express'.
When Deepika resumed the 'Ram Leela' shoot with co-star Ranveer Singh, heavy rains ruined the
shooting arrangements since the past three days.
It was not only 'Ram Leela' but also Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Bombay Velvet' which suffered a lot due to the monsoon drenching the city of Mumbai. Even, Anurag Kashyap had to re-locate the shooting sites to Sri Lanka.
Anurag had to incur the loss of Rs 5 lakh a day as the shooting for the film was deferred due to rain.
