She started a restaurant in Sri Lanka and is now jumping into new ventures. The leggy actress will soon be investing in films and a clothesline. Several actresses have ventured into these areas in the past, so how can Jackie stay behind?
The actress was quoted saying, “Being an actor is a boon, but I want to take things to the next level with my business initiatives. I want to prove to people that actresses can be businesswomen too. Starting a restaurant was just the first step.”
Point is, she is relatively new to the industry and has not done many hit films per se. Her last film Roy was also a dud, so one can’t help but wonder where all the funding for her business projects is coming in from… Jackie seems to have acquired a very staunch well-wisher backing her in her multiple business schemes!
