Ranbir Kapoor’s mom and veteran actor Neetu Kapoor in an interview accepted that she finds Ranbir’s chemistry with Deepika in 'Tamasha' amazing. Neetu, who is said to be not in good terms with the ‘Cocktail’ actress, also heaved praises on Deepika’s acting skill.
After break-up, Ranbir and Deepika had delivered blockbuster ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and again the couple teamed up for Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Tamasha’. The trailer of ‘Tamasha’ was highly appreciated and Neetu also liked the trailer of the film.
She said, “I loved the Tamasha trailer and am looking forward to its release. It looks like a very beautiful, sensitive love story woven by Imtiaz (Ali) and the chemistry between Ranbir and Deepika is amazing. They look simply electrifiying when they come together on screen! Deepika has evolved into an amazing actress.”
Neetu was said to be one of the reasons for Ranbir and Deepika’s break-up. It was reported that the veteran actress disliked Deepika and for that reason mama’s boy Ranbir broke ties with the actress.
When Neetu Kapoor was asked if she is in touch with Deepika, she replied in the negative, saying that she isn’t in touch with Ranbir’s friends. Further, when asked which pair she likes better, Ranbir-Deepika or Ranbir-Katrina. Her reply was, “I think Rishi and Neetu are the best all-time ever pair on screen!”
‘Tamasha’ directed by Imtiaz Aliis is being produced by UTV and Sajid Nadiadwala. The film is slated to release on 27th November, 2015.
