Secret weddings and here's another Bollywood romance that culminated into marriage. But everything was hush-hush. Two days after Preity Zinta tied the knot with lover Gene Goodenough, another heroine from the '90s surprised all when she announced that she's got married. Urmila Matondkar is now married to to Kashmir-based businessman and Model Mohsin Akhtar Mir.
Urmila who has been a recluse for quite sometime has not been seen in any films off late. The only times we spotted her was at the numerous Manish Malhotra fashion shows. Hence, her wedding too wasn't a star-studded affair. Urmila issued a statement, "We kept it a exclusive wedding with just family and friends at the celebration. Since our families wanted the wedding to be a low-key affair. We mutually decided to keep it private. However, having said that, the wedding was indeed one grand affair."
While everything was kept a secret from the prying eyes of the media and the fans, here's a sneak peek into Urmila's wedding diaries and how she completely nailed the look. For her wedding ceremony, she chose to wear a beautifully embroidered red lehenga whereas for the reception, Urmila picked a shimmery white gown and looked absolutely resplendent.
