Shah Rukh Khan is returning to television with the new show TED Talks India – Nayi Soch. The actor had delivered TED Talk in Vancouver earlier this year where he left the audience in an awe with his inspirational quotes about his career and life. SRK's TV show will air on Star Plus.
After delivering his first-ever TED Talk in Vancouver, Canada earlier this year, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to charm his Indian audience and fans with Ted Talks India – Nayi Soch, a television series which would bring the actor on the small screen every weekend. We knew that SRK shot for the show sometime back but had no idea when it will begin airing. But today, we got some good news. The actor will be arriving in your living rooms through the television sets from December 10, Sunday on Star Plus. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala shared its premiere date.
Shah Rukh Khan has earlier done shows like Kya Aap Pachvi Paas Se Tez Hai and even hosted Kaun Banega Crorepati. Now in TED Talks India – Nayi Soch, he will host inspirational speakers from various sectors who not only have great messages to deliver but will even give an insight into how to improve one’s life. TED is an acronym for Technology, Entertainment and Design — and these are the main elements it will cover.
The King of Bollywood himself had inspired many at his TED Talk debut in Vancouver where he took the audience on an emotional ride while talking about his journey to stardom, explaining his self-obsession and impressed everyone with his wit.
Shah Rukh said in an interview that he himself is a fan of TED Talks. “I love anything that has to do with knowledge. I would like to be a speaker for them some time, if I have something interesting to speak about, that is.”
