Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya shifted to Nanavati hospital

After Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya have been shifted to Nanavati hospital. According to the reports, the mother-daughter duo developed breathlessness.

Amitabh, his son Abhishek, daughter-in-law Aishwarya and granddaughter Aaradhya were tested positive for COVID-19 recently. While Big B and junior AB were admitted to the Nanavati hospital earlier, Aishwarya and daughter Aaradhya were quarantined at home.

Earlier in the day, Amitabh had shared a picture with Abhishek on his social media account. In the caption of his post, he expressed gratitude towards all the well-wishers and fans. It read, "In happy times , in times of illness, you our near and dear, our well wishers, our fans have ever given us unstinting love , affection care and prayer .. we express our bountiful gracious gratitude to you all .. in these circumstances hospital protocol is restrictive , so individual responses are not possible .. but we see, read, hear all of you .. thank you ever."

Talking about his wife and daughter, Abhishek had tweeted, "Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be self quarantining at home. The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful. The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayers."

Meanwhile, Jaya Bachchan has tested negative for the deadly virus. Also, reportedly, all the bungalows owned by the family have been sealed.

Celebs from the film fraternity as well as fans of the Bachchan family have been pouring in recovery wishes and prayers over social media.

A day after Bachchans were tested positive, veteran actor Anupam Kher's mother and brother Raju Kher fell prey to the Coronavirus. The 'Saaransh' actor took to Twitter to share the same in a video. He had posted, "This is to inform all that my mother Dulari is found Covid + (Mildly). We have admitted her into Kokilaben Hospital. My brother, bhabhi & niece inspite of being careful have also tested mildly positive.I got myself tested as well & I have tested negative. @mybmc is informed.!"
