As per the latest update about the same, PM Modi has acknowledged Subramanian's letter. The senior leader tweeted out the same and also shared pictures of the letter written to him by PM Narendra Modi himself. Subramanian Swamy had written the letter to PM Modi on 15th July and he received an acknowledgment saying, "I have received your letter of July 15, 2020." In his letter, Swamy had written that as per his sources, some bigshots from the Hindi Film industry are trying to suppress the case. "I learn from my sources in Mumbai that many big names in the Bollywood Film World with links to Dons in Dubai are seeking to ensure a cover-up is carried out by the Police so that voluntary suicide is concluded as the reason for the demise of Mr Rajput."
