A week after her delivery, Aishwarya Rai was discharged from the Seven Hills hospital in northwest Mumbai on Tuesday.
As she made her way out, she was accompanied by her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, her parents, and, of course, her baby daughter. An excited Abhishek was also present (not seen in the picture).
Amitabh held the baby, wrapped in pink, and looked like the proud grandfather.
Abhishek drove the family home to Jalsa in Juhu.
His mum Jaya Bachchan and elder sister Shweta Nanda, who made frequent trips to the hospital when Aishwarya was admitted, was at Jalsa to welcome the baby home.
