As different as chalk is from cheese, Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra as Nikhil and Meeta are drawn towards each other in the song ‘Ishq Bulaava’.
The new song from Hasee Toh Phasee shows the handsome and shy lad Nikhil on a fun outing with the livewire Meeta. Drinking in a pub, commuting in the train, or taking shelter from the rain, their love is apparent.
Sidharth Malhotra plays a guy who is confused between what his parents want for him and what he wants. Parineeti Chopra plays a mad scientist Meeta. But it’s her sister Karishma Nikhil falls for. On the eve of Nikhil and Karishma’s engagement, Meeta and Nikhil meet and cupid plays its trick. What unfolds next is 'Hasee Toh Phasee'.
The song ‘Ishq Bulaava’ is sung by Sanam Puri and Shipra Goel. The lyrics by Kumaar have Punjabi flavour.

‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ is directed by Vinil Mathew and produced jointly by Karan Johar and Anurag Kashyap. The film will hit theatres on February 7.
