Pakistani model-actress Mawra Hocane, who is an ardent fan of Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is going to make her Bollywood debut in a ‘mystery project’, all thanks to the ‘Barfi’ star who made her popular through his video message on Instagram some months ago.
The Pakistani actress had earlier confessed her fondness for Ranbir on a popular television show hosted by Amir Liaqat.
Ranbir, who is otherwise very rare on social media, addressed his first video message to her where he said, “Hi Mawra, this is Ranbir here. You are extremely beautiful, extremely talented. I hope to see you sometime soon."
The video got her a lot of recognition and was eventually roped in for a Bollywood film. Mawra confirmed the news on Twitter and said the ‘mystery project’ is currently filming in Mumbai.
The actress who worked in Pakistani television shows like ‘Mere Huzoor’, ‘The Hostels’, ‘Khichdi Salsa’ and others, posted a couple of tweets describing her shooting experience in Mumbai.
“Feeling at home already. Surrounded by such Loving people!!!!! #Shootlife #IncredibleIndia #workaholic #mysteryproject ,” she wrote and followed with another tweet, “Blessed to be living my dream every second of every day! Countdown begins ;) #MysteryProject”
Meanwhile, it is being heard that Mawra is cast opposite Tollywood actor Harshvardhan Rane. The little known Telugu actor has worked in John Abraham’s ‘Satra Ko Shaadi’ which is still unreleased. If the ‘mystery project’ with Mawra is wrapped up quickly, then it may go on to be his Bollywood debut.
It is said that both the actors have become fast friends. In fact, Harshey, as Mawra calls him, has also posted a photograph of the actress on his Twitter account a few days ago.
