Bollywood’s one of the most talented actors, Dharmendra made some amazing revelation recently. The veteran actor says that if ever there’s a biopic on him made, he wants none other than Salman Khan to star in it because he thinks he can pull off the character perfectly. He said that there are a lot of similarities between him and Salman Khan. “I think Salman Khan can do it. Salman is a darling… He has some habits like me… You all know Salman and his habits well. He has gone on me,” Dharmendra revealed.
Well, now that Dharmendra has pointed it out, don’t you think that the two are indeed little similar? Look at Salman Khan’s humorous charming personality and then look at how Dharmendra used to be back then, even in his films, yeah? You see? Even back then Dharmendra had a massive fan following, the same that Salman has now.
The Sholay star went further on and revealed that during the time when Salman Khan was going through his 2002 hit-and-run court trial last month, he tried to reach out to him and speak to the star. Matter of fact, he even called Salman Khan once but the Dabangg actor was busy so he didn’t disturb him.
Well, on work front, we’ll soon get to see Dharmendra in Second Hand Husband film, alongside Govinda’s daughter Tina Ahuja and Gippy Grewal. Whereas we’ll soon get to see Salman Khan in director Kabir Khan‘s upcoming film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
