Shocking! BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya calls Shah Rukh Khan a DESHDROHI!

SRK seems to have got himself into some major trouble During the media greet on his 50th birthday(November 2), Shah Rukh Khan happened to voice his opinion against the religious intolerance prevailing in our country. He said, “It is stupid… It is stupid to be intolerant and this is our biggest issue, not just an issue… Religious intolerance and not being secular in this country is the worst kind of crime that you can do as a patriot. People put words into the air even before thinking and here is a secular country. Here’s a country perhaps for the last 10 years that is on the cusp of going beyond what we think.” Clearly, SRK was not being mean but was simply placing his belief and was excising his freedom of speech. But BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya has taken serious offense of this statement and has slammed the superstar in a series of tweets on Twitter. Yes!

“Shah Rukh Khan lives in India but his soul is in Pakistan. He favours our neighboring country more than our country. He is a deshdrohi,” are some of the shocking statements made by Kailash on Twitter! He even questioned Khan’s patriotism saying he had become a “Bharat virodhi” (anti-India) and seemed to have joined “international forces” out to “defame India and dampen Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development agenda” Here check out his tweets below!


SRK, who is currently wrapping the last schedule of Dilwale in Goa, is yet to react to these accusations made against him! However, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar condemned Vijayvargia comments on SRK saying that the BJP doesn’t endorse the views of the party general secretary.
